The Library

Close your eyes. You walk in and get a warm feeling, as you see little girls on oversized chairs looking at picture books with big flowers, happy children, sunlight, and toy shops filled with teddy bears and dolls and little girls counting their coins. The smell of freshly cut paper drifts past your nose and you peer at the shelves. You walk by countless titles and authors that are waiting to be discovered and colorful signs with characters from baby shows. Then you climb a mountain of stairs, and arrive at a world of thick books and thin print. The librarian asks you if you have a card, and you bring your books home. Then you open your eyes and rub them, then adjust your position on the couch.
