NECAP Testing

For all of you who are NECAP testing soon, please consider reading this list of tips for great test grades!

1. I know you have heard this before, but please, get at least 9 hours of sleep! Sleep is essential has enormous benifits for your brain!

2. It a good breakfast. Make sure it's not too BIG and not too small.

3. Bring lots of water to school. Hydrated thinkers are better thinkers!

4. Bring a snack to munch on. Food, like water, is brain fuel!

5.Relax, and take your time! Good luck! :-)
